Our non-invasive flowmeter may help you to measure unknown flowrates comfortably.
- The principle is based on placing transmitter and receiver of ultrasound waves upon the pipe in a known distance. The instrument measures then velocity, which is multiplied by pipe area.
- To achieve maximal precision the surface of the pipes has to be clean and smooth (no rust). In some cases the surface has to be grinded and lined again after the measurement.
- The instrument contains a datalogger so daily record may be obtained.

The system is based on ultrafiltration process and removes solvent from wastes arising by coating process. By removing solvent, the concentration of coat increases, so it may be re-used in production. The flowrate of the unit is about 400 l/h and by one cycle the concentration increases for about 1%. By cycling the concentration increases from 3% to 8% and more.
Practically tested in Ardagh Metal Packaging company.

The desired technology is mounted within standard ISO 20 ft container. Technology begins at sand filtration for remove TSS, usually sand or sand with activated carbon is used as filtration material, then antiscalant is added. Furthere reverse osmosis technology (high pressure pump, membranes, valves and instrumentation) removes 98% of dissolved solids. The treated water is stored in a reservoir where disinfection is also performed. Technology runs automatically.
