  • Majority of our projects require detailed documentation to sucessfully pass the approving process from the local authorities.
  • Even if you are from the opposite side of the Earth, we are able to prepare you a design of your technology using modern instruments, such as:
    • 3D modeling
    • Calculations based on our own software
    • Telephone, email support
  • If you plan to build a facility in the Czech or Slovak republic, we are able to provide documentation which fulfils the appropriate law

The equipment of our waste and water treatments plant may be stored at standardized containers:

  • 10' (ten-feet) - 2,990 x 2,438 x 2,591 m
  • 20' (twenty-feet) - 6,058 x 2,438 x 2,591 m
  • 40' (forty-feet) - 12,192 x  2,438 x 2,591 m

According to particular technology one or several containers are used.

Advantages:

  • Easy installation
  • No building
  • Temporary solution
  • Easier way to obtain local authorities approvals

Common water (surface, well, brackish) is usually tretated before use, so the desired physicial and chemical quality is achieved. The requested quality usually match:

  • Drinking water
  • Feed waters for steam and hot water boilers or generators
  • Technological water
  • Cleaning water

Common methods of treatments are for instance:

  • Filtration
  • Clarification
  • Oxidation
  • Ion exchange
  • Membrane processes

The combination of listed technologies makes finally water treatment plant - a technology that serves for raw water treatment

To design the WTP it is necessary to know:

  • Flowrate
  • Required output quality
  • Chemical composition of raw water. We are able to do the anylyses.
  • Roomspace, where the technology has to be placed
  • Connection to sewage, electricity etc.

Usually every kind of waste water should be cleaned before it is discharged to sewage system or recipient as it is necessary to keep our environment healthy. The treatment is done using technology called Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).

There are generally two kinds of WWTPs:

  • Municipal or biological
  • Chemical

The municipal WWTP uses natural processes, which run in the nature, although these processes are optimized to run at the maximum reasonable speed. Municipal WWTPs have usually big volumes of tanks, but the operational costs are quite low. To predict if there is at least theoretical chance to uses biological WWTP for waste water, the value of BOD should be known. If there is low BOD, the biological treatment  works tricky or even works not.

Classical kinds of waste water suitable for biological treatment is sewage water or water from food processing.

Chemical WWTPs uses chemical and physical processes that lead to separation of the pollutants in a concentrated form, which is then separated and discharged as a waste. Typically waste sludge. The advantage is in decreasing of amount of waste material, thus costs saving.
